HAPPY BIRTHDAY DANIEL

Today is Dan's birthday, one of my favorite days of the year.  I love to celebrate with him.  He is a wonderful husband, THE best father and my very best friend.  He works so hard for our little family and I am so grateful for all he does for us.  We have a wonderful life together and I really couldn't ask for more.  So today on this sixth day of July I say to you my love, HAPPY Birthday!!

Boys Swimming Lesson Photo Collection & Richard's Glasses

The boys finished swimming lessons this past week.  Verdict, Adam is ready to move on to the next class, Richard should not advance to the next level:) ( He just doesn't like to submerge his head under water).

Richard has been wearing his glasses for a while but I don't think we have ever posted a picture of him wearing them.  Amazingly, he doesn't fight us about wearing them. He willingly puts them on every day and hasn't broken them yet.  If he wears them for a few years his double vision should be cured.

Part of Adam's prayer went like this tonight:

"Bless that Richie won't pull down his pants and spray pee on anyone anymore."

I guess I really don't need to go into more detail about what happened this evening while Richard was playing with the two neighbor boys and Adam.  

His punishment was swift and clear!

Happy Birthday Lisa!  

I'm guessing that most who read this blog know Lisa well.  If you do know her, you already know how amazing she is.  She is so loving and kind . . . I could go on and on but  she needs no introduction.  She is just one of the rare people in the world that was born with an exceptionally loving and virtuous nature.  I know, I know, you're asking how did I find someone like her, I got really lucky!  Happy Birthday Lisa.  We Love you!!!

The Joker

Richard has caught the joke bug.  It is pretty serious case.  Episodes of joke telling can go on, and on, and on with no end in sight.  We love that he knows the two most popular formulas for a successful joke, the 'knock, knock' and the 'cross the street' pattern.  We are just waiting for one that kind of makes sense.  Gotta love jokes from a three year old.
